An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) measures a property’s energy efficiency and provides a rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). Alongside the overall rating, it estimates household energy costs for lighting, heating, and hot water over the next three years and lists the areas where you can improve the efficiency of your home.
